Tasting Note: An elegant and distinguished dry Riesling from AOC Alsace, made with 100% Riesling Grapes. Typical of the Dambachois hillsides. On the nose we find notes of lemon and white flowers which will evolve and mineralize after a few years of aging. The palate is supported by an elegant, lemony acidity that goes particularly well with Alsatian cuisine such as sauerkraut or baeckeoffe.
